Ah spring… with it comes warmer weather, green grass, flowers, no more snow and ice… and the desire to go outside and have all the adventures! As well, the COVID-19 restrictions have curtailed spring and summer travel, which means more and more folks are getting to know the outdoorsy goodness of our province through hiking, biking, trail running, and other activities. Outside activity is not only beneficial to us physically, but mentally and emotionally too!

Finally, even though you’re outside, you still need to observe COVID-19 safety protocols. Make sure you practise physical distancing, and have your mask ready in case you encounter a situation where staying 2 metres apart is not possible.
